ὁ Πέτρος φησίν· ὁ δὲ υἱὸς ἔτι τούτου καθαρώτερος, »ἀπρόσιτον φῶς« καὶ »δύναμις θεοῦ«, καὶ κατὰ τὸν ἀπόστολον »τιμίῳ καὶ ἀμώμῳ καὶ ἀσπίλῳ αἵματι ἐλυτρώθημεν«. οὗ »τὰ μὲν ἱμάτια ὡς φῶς ἔλαμψεν, τὸ πρόσωπον δὲ ὡς ὁ ἥλιος«, ᾧ μηδὲ ἀντωπῆσαι ἔστι ῥᾳδίως.
