πιστευέτω ταῦτά τις καὶ θεοῦ μαθηταῖς καὶ ἐγγυητῇ θεῷ, προφητείαις, εὐαγγελίοις, λόγοις ἀποστολικοῖς· τούτοις συζῶν καὶ τὰ ὦτα ὑπέχων καὶ τὰ ἔργα ἀσκῶν ἐπʼ αὐτῆς τῆς ἐξόδου τὸ τέλος καὶ τὴν ἐπίδειξιν τῶν δογμάτων ὄψεται.

English · Claude translation

Let someone believe these things, both God's disciples and God who is their guarantor: prophecies, Gospels, apostolic words. Living with these, lending them his ears, and practicing the works, he will see at his very departure the end and proof of the doctrines.
