“ἀγαλλιάσθω ἡ ψυχή μου ἐπὶ τῷ κυρίῳ· ἐνέδυσε γάρ με ἱμάτιον σωτηρίου καὶ χιτῶνα εὐφροσύνης· περιέθηκέ μοι ὡς νυμφίῳ μίτραν, καὶ ὡς νύμφην κατεκόσμησέ με κόσμῳ, καὶ ὡς γῆν αὔξουσαν τὸ ἄνθος αὐτῆς· καὶ ὡς κῆπος τὰ σπέρματα αὐτοῦ ἀνατελεῖ, οὕτως κύριος κύριος ἀνέτειλε δικαιοσύνην καὶ ἀγαλλίαμα ἐνώπιον πάντων τῶν ἐθνῶν.”

“Let my soul rejoice in the Lord; for he has clothed me with a garment of salvation and a tunic of gladness; he has put a headdress on me as on a bridegroom, and adorned me with ornaments as a bride, and as the earth that makes its flower grow; and as a garden makes its seeds spring up, so the Lord, the Lord, has made righteousness and exultation spring up before all the nations.”
