καὶ ἐπειδὴ οἶ αὐτοὶ Χριστιανοὶ οὐ μόνον ἐκείνους, εἰς οὓς συνέρχεσθαι ἔθος εἶχον, ἀλλὰ καὶ ἑτέρους τόπους ἐσχηκέναι γινώσκονται, διαφέροντας οὐ πρὸς ἕκαστον αὐτῶν, ἀλλὰ πρὸς τὸ δίκαιον τοῦ αὐτῶν σώματος, τοῦτʼ ἔστι τῶν Χριστιανῶν, ταῦτα πάντα ἐπὶ τῷ νόμῳ, ὃν προειρήκαμεν, δίχα παντελοῦς τινος ἀμφισβητήσεως τοῖς αὐτοῖς Χριστιανοῖς, τοῦτʼ ἔστι τῷ σώματι αὐτῶν καὶ τῇ συνόδῳ, ἑκάστῳ αὐτῶν ἀποκαταστῆναι κελεύσεις, τοῦ προειρημένου λογισμοῦ δηλαδὴ φυλαχθέντος, ὅπως αὐτοὶ οἵτινες τοὺς αὐτοὺς ἄνευ τιμῆς, καθὼς προειρήκαμεν, ἀποκαθιστῶσι, τὸ ἀζήμιον τὸ ἑαυτῶν παρὰ τῆς ἡμετέρας καλοκἀγαθίας ἐλπίζοιεν.

English · Claude translation

And since these same Christians are known to have possessed not only the places where they were accustomed to assemble but also other places belonging not to individuals among them but to the right of their body, that is, of the Christians, you will order all these, under the law we have stated above, without any dispute whatever, to be restored to these same Christians, that is, to their body and assembly, to each of them, the principle stated above being clearly observed, that those who restore them without price, as we have said, may hope for indemnity from our benevolence.
