τὴν οὐν περὶ τῶν μαρτύρων γραφὴν αἱ τῇδε διαφανέσταται ἐκκλησίαι ταῖς κατὰ τὴν Ἀσίαν καὶ Φρυγίαν διαπέμπονται, τὰ παρʼ αὐταῖς πραχθέντα τοῦτον ἀνιστοροῦσαι τὸν τρόπον.
