τεκμήρια δʼ ἂν γένοιτο τῶν κρατούντων αἱ περὶ τοὺς ἡμετέρους δεξιώσεις, οἷς καὶ τὰς τῶν ἐθνῶν ἐνεχείριζον ἡγεμονίας, τῆς περὶ τὸ θύειν ἀγωνίας κατὰ πολλὴν, ἣν ἀπέσωζον περὶ τὸ δόγμα, φιλίαν αὐτοὺς ἀπαλλάττοντες.
