καὶ “ ἤδη μὲν τοῦτο ποιεῖν καὶ λαβεῖν ἀξιώσατε· τεύξεσθε γὰρ αὐτῆς χωρίς τινος ὑπερθέσεως· ἥτις παρασχεθεῖσα τῇ ὑμετέρᾳ πόλει εἰς ἅπαντα τὸν “αἰῶνα τῆς περὶ τοὺς ἀθανάτους θεοὺς φιλοθέου εὐσεβείας παρέξει μαρτυρίαν, τοῦ δὲ ὑμὰς ἀξίων ἐπάθλων τετυχηκέναι παρὰ τῆς ἡμετέρας φιλαγα- “θίας, ταύτης ὑμῶν ἕνεκεν τῆς τοῦ βίου “ σεως. υἱοῖς τε καὶ ἐκγόνοις ὑμετέροις ἐπιδειχθήσεται.”

And now resolve to do this and to receive it; for you will obtain it without any delay. Granted to your city, it will for all time bear witness to your God-loving piety toward the immortal gods, and it will show to your sons and descendants that you obtained worthy rewards from our benevolence for this purpose of your life.”
