τό τε χρῖσμα, οὐ τὸ διὰ σωμάτων σκευαστὸν, ἀλλʼ αὐτὸ δὴ πνεύματι θείῳ τὸ θεοπρεπὲς, μετοχῇ τῆς ἀγεννήτου καὶ πατρικῆς θεότητος ἀπειλήφει. ὃ καὶ αὐτὸ πάλιν Ἠσαίας διδάσκει, ὡσὰν ἐξ αὐτοῦ Χριστοῦ ὧδέ πως ἀναβοῶν “ πνεῦμα κυρίου ἐπʼ ἐμὲ, οὗ εἵνεκεν ἔχρισέ με, εὐαγγελίσασθαι πτωχοῖς ἀπέσταλκέ με, κηρῦξαι αἰχμαλώτοις ἄφεσιν καὶ τυφλοῖς ἀνάβλεψιν.

English · Claude translation

And he received the anointing, not the one prepared from material substances, but the one befitting God, by the divine Spirit, through sharing in the unbegotten Godhead of the Father. This, again, Isaiah teaches, crying out as if from Christ himself: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me; he has sent me to preach good news to the poor, to proclaim release to captives and recovery of sight to the blind.”
