And Trypho said, “Why do you choose from the prophetic words whatever you wish, but do not mention those that expressly command us to keep the Sabbath? For through Isaiah it is said thus: ‘If you turn your foot away from the Sabbaths, so as not to do your own will on the holy day, and call the Sabbaths delightful, holy to your God, if you do not lift your foot to work nor speak a word from your mouth, then you shall trust in the Lord, and he will make you ride on the good things of the earth, and feed you with the heritage of Jacob your father; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken these things.’”
