Καὶ ὁ Τρύφων, εἰπόντος μου ταῦτα, ἔφη· Μή με λοιπὸν ὑπολάμβανε, ἀνατρέπειν πειρώμενον τὰ ὑπὸ σοῦ λεγόμενα, πυνθάνεσθαι ὅσα ἂν πυνθάνωμαι, ἀλλὰ βούλεσθαι μανθάνειν περὶ τούτων αὐτῶν ὧν ἂν ἐρωτῶ.

And when I had said this, Trypho said, “Do not suppose from now on that I am trying to overthrow what you say when I ask whatever I ask, but that I wish to learn about the very things I ask.
