Καὶ τὸν πάντα δὲ ψαλμὸν εἴποιμι ἄν, ὅπως καὶ τὸ πρὸς τὸν πατέρα εὐσεβὲς αὐτοῦ ἀκούσητε, καὶ ὡς εἰς ἐκεῖνον πάντα ἀναφέρει, ὡς αὐτὸς διʼ ἐκείνου καὶ σωθῆναι ἀπὸ τοῦ θανάτου τούτου αὐτῶν, ἅμα τε δηλῶν ἐν τῷ ψαλμῷ ὁποῖοι ἦσαν οἱ ἐπισυνιστάμενοι κατʼ αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀποδεικνύων ὅτι ἀληθῶς γέγονεν ἄνθρωπος ἀντιληπτικὸς παθῶν.

English · Claude translation

“And I will recite the whole psalm, so that you may hear his reverence toward the Father, and how he refers all things to him, as asking to be saved by him from this death, and at the same time showing in the psalm who they were that rose up against him, and proving that he truly became a man capable of suffering.
